Job summary

Raffles in Dubai seeks a strategic Director of Rooms and Residences to lead Rooms Division and residence services, ensuring profitability, service excellence, and asset care across Front Office, Concierge, Lounge, Housekeeping, Laundry, Transportation and residences operations.

You will partner with Finance, Engineering, Security, and property representatives to maintain guest and resident satisfaction, while upholding Raffles luxury standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in luxury Rooms Division leadership, ideally in an ultra-luxury brand.
• Proven experience overseeing housekeeping and laundry operations with cost control.
• Experience with branded residences or owner/resident relations preferred.
• Ability to interpret service agreements and coordinate with Finance, Engineering and security.
• Leadership of large multicultural teams with empathy and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rooms Division operations, coordinate daily briefings and set priorities.
• Oversee Housekeeping & Laundry standards, inspections and cost control.
• Drive service quality, guest experience, and brand standards across divisions.
• Manage hotel-managed residences services, owner/resident relations, and compliance with agreements.
