Three Dimension Physical Performance is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee government, military, and commercial contracts focused on human performance, occupational health, healthcare, and physical readiness services.

You will drive operational excellence, contract compliance, workforce planning, and financial performance across multiple projects and locations, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering on contract milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, Sports Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of operational management experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing government, military, healthcare, occupational health, or outsourced service contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, workforce planning, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
