Job summary

Zamanat is a Sharia-aligned real-world asset tokenisation platform seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director for Institutional Distribution & Web3 Partnerships. You will build a pipeline across GCC allocators and Web3 channels, originate discussions with family offices, institutions, and crypto partners, and shape go-to-market strategy with the CEO.

You will manage investor materials, support the fund distribution, convert conversations into subscriptions or partnerships, and maintain CRM

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in institutional sales, BD, investor relations, capital raising, private banking, wealth, fintech or digital assets.
• Current relationships across GCC investors, institutions or Web3 distribution channels.
• Exposure to private credit, real estate funds, structured products, tokenised assets, digital asset custody, exchanges, OTC flows or fund distribution.
• Familiarity with ADGM, DIFC, DFSA, FSRA or VARA environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across GCC allocators and Web3 distribution channels.
• Originate investor and partner conversations with family offices, institutions, digital asset managers, exchanges, OTC desks and custody platforms.
• Support distribution for Zamanat's upcoming fund and wider tokenised RWA pipeline.
• Convert introductions into diligence, term sheets, subscriptions, mandates or partnership discussions.
