Job summary

Guildhall, a regulated digital-asset issuer, seeks a Director of Digital Asset Commercialization to own revenue strategy end-to-end across GCC. You will design commercial models, close high-value institutional partnerships, and build distribution for a live asset-backed product.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will scale a licensed platform, engage regulators, banks, and custodians, and transform regulatory approval into recurring revenue in Dubai and the wider UAE.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years building revenue in finance, payments or digital assets.
• Proven record closing high-value B2B partnerships with financial institutions.
• Fluency in blockchain, tokens, custody and settlement mechanics.
• Knowledge of digital asset regulation (VARA, ADGM, DFSA, MiCA).

Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategy and P&L across multiple digital-asset streams.
• Design commercial models for settlement, custody, tokenization and licensing income.
• Originate and close partnerships with banks, exchanges, custodians and payment providers.
• Build B2B and B2B2C distribution channels for institutional and retail adoption.
