Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a managerial conference production role.
• Proven ability to research, design, and deliver commercially successful conference programmes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing direct or indirect reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new conference opportunities and develop cutting-edge agendas.
• Secure and manage C-level speakers, ensuring alignment with event themes and sponsorship opportunities.
• Write compelling promotional content for marketing campaigns, web copy, and sales materials.
• Oversee event delivery, ensuring speakers, content, and logistics are managed to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR to drive event visibility and delegate acquisition.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all event elements.
• Conduct post-event analysis, compiling feedback and reports to inform future improvements.
• Manage conference branding, collateral, and onsite requirements, ensuring premium quality.
