Job summary

Cogent Solutions in Dubai, UAE is seeking a senior leader to oversee the development and delivery of executive boardrooms, C-suite roundtables, and leadership forums across North American markets. You will work with premium clients to design high-impact executive experiences.

The role requires deep senior-level engagement, strategic content, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive events, conferences, leadership forums, client engagement, or B2B events.
• Strong experience working with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
• Experience with North American markets is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
