Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS/EE/CE.
• Experience in product marketing/management lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of computer architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Linux OS (Ubuntu/SUSE/Red Hat/CentOS).
• Experience with virtualization/storage products.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmap and lead the integration of storage/server and JBOD systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering and biz dev to offer complete server solutions.
• Translate customer needs into technical product requirements for data center infra.
• Engage with senior customers to convey capabilities and gather feedback.
• Escalate critical issues to management and vendors when needed.
• Provide product trainings to internal teams, sales, and customers.
• Offer 3rd level customer support as required.
