Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Dubai seeks an experienced customer relations professional to manage customer exit requests and retention strategies. You will assess EOSB-related matters and screen financial records from a credit/risk perspective.

You will collaborate with Credit, Collections, Risk, and Operations to identify relationship opportunities and ensure procedural compliance while delivering timely MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of banking products, policies, and systems.
• Ability to perform initial screening of financial records.
• Knowledge of banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer exit requests and identify retention tools to minimize customer attrition.
• Perform primary screening of customer financial records from a credit and risk perspective.
• Prepare and submit proposals to management for cases involving End of Service Benefits (EOSB).
• Collaborate with Credit, Collections, Risk, and Operations departments to identify relationship potentials.
• Handle operational aspects of the Indemnities department, including batch processing and account earmarking.
• Manage internal and external customer communications to enhance experience.
• Maintain up-to-date MIS tracking and submit weekly/monthly statistical reports.
• Research market offerings to align bank solutions with competitor trends.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Code of Conduct.
