Responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders to monitor NPS and achieve benchmarks.
• Support onboarding and KYC processes and ensure timely handling.
• Assist Relationship Managers with customer service and banking operations across accounts.
• Coordinate with branches for document verification and fund requests.
• Prepare monthly performance and ad hoc reports for the line manager.
