Responsibilities

• Provide internal collaboration with process owners and stakeholders for NPS monitoring and benchmarks.
• Engage with teams to meet client service expectations and timely responses to inquiries.
• Support onboarding and KYC projects, ensuring cases meet defined TAT/SLA.
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve complaints and queries.
• Verify customer information and documents, and review validity of IDs and legal papers.
• Coordinate with branches on cheque processing, foreign currency drafts, and related requests.
