Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Dubai seeks a proactive Indemnities Officer to manage customer exits and retention strategies. You will screen financial records, coordinate with Credit, Risk and Operations, and prepare proposals to sustain banking relationships after settlements.

You will also ensure timely processing of indemnities, maintain MIS records, and communicate clearly with customers while upholding bank policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Negotiation skills and product knowledge are required.
• Ability to screen and assess customer financial records.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to coordinate with multiple units.
• Familiarity with banking policies and campaigns is important.

Responsibilities

• Screen customer financial records from a risk perspective and propose retention solutions.
• Prepare management proposals for EOSB cases to continue borrowing relationships.
• Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Operations and other departments to assess risks and opportunities.
• Assess customer financials post-employment settlement and propose guarantees to maintain relations.
• Handle indemnities batch processing, alerts, and account earmarking as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer communications and ensure timely, professional interactions.
