You will drive strategy, motivate a large team, and build strong client relationships while collaborating across a matrix organization. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with deep energy industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of sales experience with at least 5 years as region or team leader.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Gulf market.
• Experience with digital, AI, cloud solutions and related tech trends.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven track record leading a large, diverse sales team.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and guidance for a high performing sales team across Gulf region.
• Developing strategy for sales in products and services includes hardware, software, digital, cloud and software.
