Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Software Sales Advisor to drive revenue for the Digital Completions, Intervention & Measurement portfolio in the Dubai region. You will engage with senior customers, own strategic account plans, and coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver value across CIM offerings.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to influence at leadership levels. Based in Dubai with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• 5+ years selling digital solutions in completions and wellbore intervention preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in completions and wellbore intervention.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across Region and Product Segment.
• Engage with C-level and key customer personas to promote the Digital Completions, Intervention & Measurement portfolio.
• Be a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.
• Lead efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align digital offerings with market demands and communicate value propositions effectively.
