Job summary

Baker Hughes in Dubai is seeking a Sales Senior Specialist to drive the Imaging Solutions portfolio across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will manage the full sales life cycle, build strong customer relationships, and lead regional go-to-market actions.

You will collaborate with product teams, support proposals, and mentor teams while traveling up to 50% to meet regional objectives; fluency in English is required, with Arabic or French a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Commercial and technical experience in Imaging Solutions or related NDT products.
• Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within MEA region.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French language capability advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and customer success.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle to successful customer completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at customer sites to manage sales proposals.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address customer requests and conditions.
• Sell Imaging Solutions portfolio across MEA including AGFA films and Titan/Eresco generators.
• Develop account plans and go-to-market actions for priority segments.
