Job summary

Siemens Energy in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager for digital grid solutions to drive growth by building deep relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, and industrial clients. You will own the full sales cycle from opportunity development to order closing, in close coordination with tendering management and Headquarters.

You will define winning strategies, conduct market analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative grid

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven sales and business development experience in power systems, grid automation, or digital grid technologies.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle for digital grids—from opportunity development to order closing.
Define and execute winning strategies and market plans.
Analyze market, competitors, and customers; maintain accurate data in Salesforce/MI tools.
Drive commercial results and coordinate with tendering management and HQ.
Ensure QA, regulatory, EHS compliance and risk management; manage stakeholders.
