Job summary

Siemens Energy in Dubai seeks a Commercial Sales Manager for its Gas Services division to drive the commercial success of sustainable energy solutions in the Middle East. You will lead end-to-end bidding, coordinate with Technical Sales, Legal, and Finance, and manage gross profit and cash flow during the sales phase.

The role requires a strong background in commercial bid and sales management for large industrial projects, with expertise in contract negotiation, financial controlling, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Extensive professional experience in commercial bid and sales management for complex industrial projects.
• Skilled in commercial bid management, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Expertise in financial controlling, sales phase financial management (including gross profit and cash flow), and budgetary management.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management; English proficiency; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgetary and firm bids in collaboration with Technical Sales and bid management teams.
• Structure bids to align with customer specifications, regional tax requirements, and internal costing policies.
• Implement and manage financial and commercial activities throughout the sales phase, focusing on gross profit and cash flow.
• Ensure cost transparency and financial integrity in all bid submissions and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to finalize contract terms and hand over to project execution.
