Job summary

Siemens Energy in Dubai seeks an experienced Commercial Sales Manager within Gas Services to drive the commercial success of sustainable energy solutions in the Middle East. You will prepare competitive service offers and lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.

The role requires expertise in bid management, financial controlling, and cross-functional collaboration to support low-emission power generation projects on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level business/finance education or related field with strong commercial exposure.
• Experience in bid and sales management for large industrial projects welcomed.
• Strong negotiation, risk management and financial controlling skills required.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and comply with tax and costing policies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bidding process, from budgets to firm proposals and bid structuring.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Technical Sales to implement controls and mitigate risks.
• Manage gross profit and cash flow during sales and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
• Lead commercial negotiations for service and consortium contracts.
• Handover negotiated contracts to project execution teams.
