Job summary

Trident Tech lab is seeking a senior sales leader in Dubai to drive regional growth for power system software solutions. The role requires overseeing enterprise deals, directing pre-sales and BD teams, and forging alliances with OEMs, consultants, and channel partners.

You will lead multi-sector initiatives across power generation, transmission, and grid modernization, while building high-performance teams and expanding key accounts in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in sales and business development of power system software solutions in UAE / Dubai.
• Proven expertise in selling PowerTech solutions to power sector clients.
• Strong understanding of power system planning, protection, and grid operation; familiarity with regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional and sector-specific sales strategies for power system software solutions.
• Mentor and lead sales, pre-sales, and business development teams.
• Manage alliances with OEMs, consultants, and channel partners.
• Build high-performance teams with strong technical-sales capabilities.
• Lead high-value enterprise sales of PowerTech/PTW solutions for power generation, transmission, and grid projects.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles: positioning, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Drive new market entry and account expansion in power development and infrastructure sectors.
