Job summary

Klanik Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer to join our on-site IT team. You will provide hands-on support across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux, troubleshoot hardware, manage endpoints, and support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory in a multicultural environment.

You will handle remote assistance via TeamViewer, RDP, SCCM, and Intune, and manage IT tickets through ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk, delivering strong customer service and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support a multicultural workforce.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Work Mode: Onsite

End Users: Approximately 80-90 users
