Raqmiyat LLC (Al Ghurair Group of Companies) is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to support desktops and laptops for end users in Abu Dhabi. The role requires at least 1 year of IT support experience and strong knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office. You will work onsite in Abu Dhabi for a 12-month period, with extendability based on project needs.
The candidate should have good fault diagnosis skills, communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to resolve IT issues efficiently.
Formación

- Experience supporting desktops and laptops.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Experience installing and supporting desktop applications.
- Ability to provide technical support to end users.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
