Job summary

Van Leeuwen Buizen Groep is seeking an entrepreneurial, pro-active sales professional to develop and execute the desalination/water treatment sales strategy. You will cultivate senior-level relationships with end users and EPCs, drive new business opportunities, and own negotiation and contract discussions.

Based in the UAE, you will lead a regional representation approach and help build a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in desalination/water treatment with a strong B2B sales track record.
Existing relationships with major desalination/water treatment end-users and EPCs in Middle East/global.
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills with proven track-record.
Affinity with technical products and solutions.
Based in UAE.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Desalination/Water Treatment market.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing strategic accounts.
Build strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, suppliers and other key industry partners.
Qualify new vendors with End Users/EPCs and sign regional representation agreements.
Lead commercial negotiations, tenders and contract discussions, owning sales, margin and profitability.
Build and manage a strong pipeline with accurate sales and order forecasts.
Monitor market developments and major projects to identify opportunities early.
Represent the company at key customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions.
