Job summary

Hirewand is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to lead GCC growth in water and wastewater sectors. You will build relationships with government bodies, utilities, developers, and EPC contractors, and drive major bids across the region.

The role requires extensive GCC experience, a strong network, and a proven ability to win large projects while managing risk and profitability.

Qualifications

• GCC market experience in water/wastewater or EPC sectors.
• Strong relationships with government, utilities, consultants, EPCs, and developers.
• Track record of winning high-value projects and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead GCC sales and business development strategy and pipeline.
• Identify major projects in water, desalination, TSE, STP, WWTP, and related infra.
• Manage bids, pricing strategy, and negotiations with partners.
• Develop and expand relationships across UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait.
• Mentor the sales team and provide accurate forecasting.
