TASC Outsourcing in Dubai is seeking a Demo & Delivery specialist based in Dubai to be the primary liaison for UAE National customers, ensuring seamless vehicle demonstration drives and delivery experiences. Job Description / Role:

As a Demo & Delivery specialist based in Dubai, you will be the primary liaison for UAE National customers, ensuring seamless vehicle demonstration drives and delivery experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle demonstration drives for prospective customers


• Manage end-to-end vehicle handover process, including feature walkthroughs and operational briefings


• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries before, during, and after vehicle delivery


• Prepare and maintain accurate sales administration records and delivery reports


• Collaborate with sales, service, logistics, and parts teams to ensure timely delivery readiness


• Monitor vehicle inventory levels and coordinate logistics for vehicle movement


• Conduct quality control checks to ensure vehicles meet company and safety standards


• Resolve customer issues or concerns promptly to uphold customer satisfaction


• Follow up with customers post-delivery to gather feedback and ensure continued satisfaction


• Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to sales, demos, and delivery processes

Experience Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales, demo & delivery coordination, or related customer service role


• Hands-on experience in vehicle handover coordination and customer relationship management


• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS)


• More than 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive demo and delivery operations

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field


• Certification or training in automotive technology or customer service

Skills Required:

• Strong technical customer service skills with basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems


• Proficiency in sales administration, reporting, and use of CRM tools


• Excellent attention to detail and quality control


• Effective customer communication and relationship-building skills


• Solid time management, inventory management, and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
