Amazon UAE is looking for a Logistics Executive based in Dubai to manage delivery service partners and enhance transportation workflows. Your role will focus on improving operational compliance and driving business growth. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing delivery execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has experience in logistics or supply chain support, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily coordination with Delivery Service Partners across assigned delivery networks.
• Monitor transportation performance and identify operational strengths and improvement areas.
• Review workflows and map business requirements to improve delivery execution.
• Support network compliance targets and maintain performance standards for assigned accounts.
• Prepare reports, executive updates, forecasting, and operational analysis using business data.
• Identify cost, speed, and service improvement opportunities across logistics operations.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve transportation and partner-related issues.
• Study delivery industry practices and apply best methods to improve business performance.
• Support partner business planning and recommend practical operational solutions.
• Maintain strong working relationships with delivery partners throughout their lifecycle.
