Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager in Dubai to partner with sales, drive revenue, and deliver best-in-class service to advertisers across the Amazon portfolio. You will work with cross-functional teams, manage complex opportunities, and translate data into actionable solutions that scale client success.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across performance campaigns and custom programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in account management/media services in digital marketing or ad tech.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across geographies.
• Strong project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of supporting revenue goals.
• Ability to analyze data from Ads Manager and Brand Lift Studies.
• Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Partnerships Managers to manage and grow relationships with advertisers.
• Develop and implement plans, measurement solutions, and reporting across campaigns and sponsorships.
• Manage inventory booking and presale pipeline in CRM.
• Recommend optimization strategies and monitor implementation to exceed KPIs.
• Identify and present insights on product usage and data to drive revenue growth.
• Educate partners on new TikTok features and best practices as external product consultants.
• Escalate and troubleshoot through proper channels.
