Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for Türkiye & South Asia Retail & Ecommerce with Turkish language proficiency. The role focuses on strategic consulting and the delivery of scalable advertising solutions across key clients.

Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with Client Partners, Product, and Engineering to design end-to-end strategies, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights that drive sales and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance-based campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition & performance marketing for social platforms.
• Fluent English and Turkish; willing to travel internationally.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale client relationships for Retail & Ecommerce advertisers.
• Collaborate with Client Partners on pre-sale research and pitches.
• Create and optimize ad strategies using TikTok product solutions.
• Drive adoption of TikTok auction tools and provide measurement insights.
• Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable business insights.
• Lead strategic business reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with product/engineering to resolve client issues during campaigns.
• Prepare narratives and workshops to educate clients and upskill teams.
