Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, marketing, advertising, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic SQL and proficiency in Excel.
• English must be used as a working language.
• Strong interest in digital advertising and tech.
• Familiarity with TikTok as a platform is a plus.
• Advanced SQL and advanced Excel knowledge.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms or related coursework in marketing, business, or data analytics.
• Basic understanding of digital media KPIs (CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data visualization.
• Experience with internships/projects in digital marketing, e-commerce, or tech.
• Interest in performance marketing, measurement, or app marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support post-sale client relationships with advertisers and assist with day-to-day campaign management and communication.
• Collaborate with Business Partnership Managers on pre-sale research and pitch preparation on product solutions and advertising strategy.
• Help create and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok for Business product solutions.
• Support adoption and engagement of TikTok's auction platform and tools with guidance.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide data-driven insights.
• Assist in preparing business review materials and build long-term client relationships with internal teams.
• Maintain records of pending campaigns, schedules, and ad inventory availability.
• Contribute to building team knowledge and documentation across product and growth areas.
• Work with product and engineering teams to surface client issues and gather market feedback.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop insights and strategies for clients.
• Support measurement partners and advertisers to understand and communicate value of TikTok.
