Job summary

Know-All-Edge Networks is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to generate leads for our cybersecurity solutions via telephone and email. You will work with the Business Development team to perform cold calling, prospect qualification, and appointment setting.

Responsibilities include using CRM/datamining tools, identifying opportunities, and following up on commitments while expanding knowledge of security trends and client needs.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven track record in lead generation for cybersecurity solutions and/or services via telephone and/or email.
• Must be motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information.
• Inside sales skills and strong verbal/written communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage in cold calling to establish new business.
• Use CRM and datamining tools for database creation.
• Identify sales opportunities by exploring client needs.
• Understand negotiating interests of Know-All-Edge and the client with strong technical knowledge.
• Follow up on client commitments, prospecting, qualifying, and developing profitable new accounts.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of leading industry trends in Security, Networking, Infrastructure & Availability.
