Job summary
Immersive, Dubai-based cybersecurity company, is seeking a Solutions Consultant for the Scale Team to own pre-sales and the first two months of onboarding across METNA, based in Dubai. You will deliver demos and enablement to move customers to value quickly within a fast, digital motion.
As part of a high-velocity Customer Experience group, you will drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion with inside sales and operations, while staying current on threats, AI trends, and Immersive’s platform
Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Comfortable working at high volume and pace with repeatable motions.
- Confident presenter to technical and non-technical audiences (webinars, bootcamps).
- Able to explain technical concepts in clear, jargon-free language.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals and security concepts.
- Experience with onboarding, enablement, or one-to-many sessions at scale.
- Familiarity with product-led growth or digitally-led customer motions.
- Experience with Windows/Linux and security tools or cloud environments would be useful but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver product demos tailored to prospect use cases.
- Rank solution fit to guide account investments.
- Set up and run in-platform free trials with coaching sessions.
- Answer technical questions and remove blockers early.
- Maintain knowledge of Immersive platform and competitor tech.
