Job summary

Paratus Cybersecurity seeks an experienced Lead Cybersecurity Consultant to drive delivery across the full engagement lifecycle in the MEA region from Dubai. You will blend technical depth with client-facing consulting to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes.

You will own pre-sales support, solution design, project execution, and governance, mentoring teams and acting as the trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8–10 years in MEA cybersecurity services delivery.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulations.
• Able to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity engagements, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Provide pre-sales input, design, estimation, and SOW contributions.
• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance is addressed.
• Mentor and guide consulting and engineering teams.
• Contribute to portfolio and standardize service offerings.
