About Role:

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable CX Consultant to join our team. This role requires a customerfirst mindset with the ability to handle the dynamic nature of logistics and shipping. The ideal candidate should have handson experience in an officebased environment using tools like Outlook and Teams and Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently via email phone calls and chat ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Mandatory : UAE National family book.

Experience: Min of 12 years of min experience in shipping & logistics industry.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Understanding of external factors impacting Customers supply Chain &understand their sense of urgency service needs drivers and desires.

  • Ability to align with customer expectations upfront & to be able torespond with suggested solutions

  • Be the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smoothexecution of the endtoend shipment lifecycle including the inland delivery by working closely withthe customer as well as internal stakeholders.

  • Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevantdeviations from the transport plan (ocean and inland) including potential solutions oralternatives.

  • Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction across Maersk productoffering (own customers).

  • Willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus onproviding solutions.

  • In general actively seek out and act on continuous improvementopportunities both in relation to customers and internal / externalstakeholders

  • Support our business success through deep understanding of our customers needs and implementation of customer solutions against their bundled offering.

  • Proactively monitor the performance of the solution utilizing metrics and other Key Performance Indicators
