Job summary

PrimeBox in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to own the full sales funnel, converting inbound leads into paying clients and expanding our client base. You will proactively pursue new B2B and B2C opportunities, analyze conversion data, and continuously optimize the process to boost revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales funnel: follow up with inbound leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Proactively identify and approach new B2B and B2C clients.
• Analyse conversion rates, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Develop and manage referral partnerships.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients.
