Job summary

STAT GENERAL TRADING LLC in Dubai seeks an organised Customer Support Officer to manage customer communications, coordinate logistics and customs activities, and support daily office operations. You will act as the primary contact for customers, arrange cargo with transport providers, coordinate customs procedures, and ensure timely follow-ups with customers, suppliers and service providers.

A UAE driving licence is mandatory and fluent Hindi and English are essential, with conversational Arabic

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong spoken Hindi and English are essential.
• Conversational Arabic is an advantage.
• A university degree is not mandatory.
• Strong communication, organisational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in email correspondence and basic MS Office applications.
• Previous experience in logistics, customs clearance, transport coordination, or customer support is preferred.
