Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Delivery Driver to support day-to-day deliveries and customs clearance activities. The role requires knowledge of UAE roads, documentation processes, and coordination with internal teams and government authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a valid UAE driving licence and can communicate effectively in Arabic and English, ensuring accurate documentation and timely movements of shipments across Dubai and beyond.

Qualifications

• Daily collection and delivery of documents, shipments, and materials across UAE.
• Support customs clearance activities by submitting and following up on documents at customs offices, ports, airports, free zones and other relevant locations.
• Coordinate with Customs, Logistics, Freight Forwarders, Clearing Agents, Warehouse and internal Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure timely submission and proper recordkeeping of delivery documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily collection and delivery of documents, shipments and materials across UAE locations.
• Support customs clearance activities by submitting, collecting and following up on documents.
• Coordinate with Customs, Logistics, Freight Forwarders, Clearing Agents, Warehouse and internal Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure customs and delivery documents are collected and submitted accurately and on time.
• Follow up on pending documentation and highlight delays.
• Maintain records of deliveries, collections, customs documents, receipts and acknowledgements.
• Ensure timely movement of documents/materials to avoid delays in customs clearance and delivery operations.
• Plan daily routes efficiently and complete assigned activities within agreed timelines.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in good condition and complete basic daily vehicle checks.
• Follow all UAE traffic regulations, company safety standards and operational procedures.
• Support other logistics and delivery-related activities as required.
