Job summary

STAT GENERAL TRADING LLC in Dubai seeks a diligent Customer Support Officer to manage customer communication, coordinate logistics and customs activities, and support daily office operations. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers handling enquiries providing timely updates and following up on service requests
• Coordinate with transport providers and drivers to arrange cargo collection delivery and container movements
• Coordinate customs clearance procedures inspection appointments and supporting documentation
• Coordinate daily office activities and ensure timely follow-up with customers suppliers and service providers

Candidate Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory.
• Strong spoken Hindi and English — essential.
• Conversational Arabic is an advantage.
• A university degree is not mandatory.
• Strong communication, organisational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in email correspondence and basic MS Office applications.
• Previous experience in logistics, customs clearance, transport coordination, or customer support is preferred.
