Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group, including Traka, seeks an experienced project coordinator with an engineering background to manage cross-functional activities from design to delivery. The role requires coordinating internal teams, maintaining schedules, and ensuring ERP data accuracy for timely customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction or civil/structural fields, strong ERP/navision experience, and demonstrated cross-cultural collaboration across markets.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or extensive construction/civil experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams through project stages (HW samples, approvals, testing).
• Coordinate with internal teams on execution stages and timely delivery.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with Sales on requirements.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering commitments promptly.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide timely support.
• Update ERP with customer data and ensure data accuracy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate with internal teams (Order Entry, Technical, Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement and Logistics) in the different project approval stages: HW samples/ mock ups/ material submittals approvals and testing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Order Entry, Technical, Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement and Logistics) in the different project execution stages: SD drawings approvals, delivery of the products within the agreed deadline with customer.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve all their related queries technical and delivery time wise.
• Partner with Sales to resolve customer concerns technical and delivery time wise.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by delivering commitments timely and in proficient manner.
• Identify trending issues & pro-actively escalated internally.
• Establishing a time frame and executing projects based on it.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time by providing timely support to our customers prior to and after implementation.
• Delivering inputs to ERP system ensuring seamless flow in customer service.
• Ensuring ERP is always kept up to date with all customer data.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Engineering degree holder or extensive experience in construction, building or civil/structural.
• 5-year experience in the same field/products.
• Experience in working with ERP systems, preferably in MS Navision.
• Experience of working across different markets and cultures.
• Capable of taking responsibility, showing initiative, creativity.
• High level of computer skills.
