Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Dubai seeks a capable coordinator to drive project delivery across engineering, production, and logistics, ensuring timely responses to customer queries and seamless ERP data handling.

You will coordinate with internal teams and customers through all approval and execution stages, leveraging Navision and your ERP experience to keep data accurate and projects on track.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams in project approval stages (HW samples, mock ups, submittals, testing).
• Coordinate with internal teams in project execution stages (SD drawings approvals, on-time delivery).
• Coordinate with customers to resolve technical and delivery queries.
• Collaborate with Sales to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting commitments timely.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely support before and after implementation.
• Ensure input to ERP for seamless order processing and up-to-date data.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate with internal teams (Order Entry, Technical, Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement and Logistics) in the different project approval stages: HW samples/ mock ups/ material submittals approvals and testing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Order Entry, Technical, Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement and Logistics) in the different project execution stages: SD drawings approvals, delivery of the products within the agreed deadline with customer.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve all their related queries technical and delivery time wise.
• Partner with Sales to resolve customer concerns technical and delivery time wise.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by delivering commitments timely and in proficient manner.
• Identify trending issues & pro-actively escape internally.
• Establishing a time frame and executing projects based on it.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time by providing timely support to our customers prior to and after implementation.
• Delivering inputs to ERP system ensuring seamless flow in customer service
• Ensuring ERP is always kept up to date with all customer data

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Engineering degree holder or extensive experience in construction, building or civil/structural.
• 5-year experience in the same field/products
• Experience in working with ERP systems, preferably in MS Navision
• Experience of working across different markets and cultures
• Capable of taking responsibility, showing initiative, creativity
• High level of computer skills
