Job summary

Traka (Assa Abloy) is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Dubai to drive project delivery from initiation to closure. You will manage client and consultant relationships, oversee schedules, budgets, and sub-contractor performance, and ensure all project milestones align with approved scopes and quality standards.

The role requires an engineering degree with 7 years in the same field and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completing projects per approved scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Manage all project correspondence and client/consultant communications.
• Attend client and consultant meetings and guide stakeholders through processes.
• Monitor submittals and inspections for approvals within the program.
• Follow up on payment applications to ensure timely collections.
• Write progress reports and present them to management.
• Monitor work against schedules and maintain project management plans.
• Manage subcontractors and third-party suppliers within each project.
• Submit forecast reports and achieve forecast targets set by management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure completing the projects as per the agreement/ contract approved time, cost, and quality. Managing all correspondence and letters of the projects. Attending client and consultant meetings & and guiding them through processes. Following submittals and inspections to get approval within the approved program. Follow up on payment applications to ensure collection on time. Writing progress reports & and presenting them to management. Monitoring all work in accordance with schedules. Maintaining project management plans. Managing all sub‐contractors, and third-party suppliers within each project. Submitting forecast reports. Achieving forecast and targets set by the management.
