Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced project manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality. You will manage all correspondence, lead client and consultant meetings, supervise subcontractors, monitor schedules, prepare progress and forecast reports, and present results to management.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has about 7 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong computer skills to drive project

• High level of computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completing the projects as per the agreement/ contract approved time, cost, and quality.
• Managing all correspondence and letters of the projects.

• Following submittals and inspections to get approval within the approved program.
• Follow up on payment applications to ensure collection on time.
• Writing progress reports and presenting them to management.
• Monitoring all work in accordance with schedules.
• Maintaining project management plans.
• Managing all sub-contractors, and third-party suppliers within each project.
• Submitting forecast reports.
• Achieving forecast and targets set by the management.
