Record UK Ltd in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with an engineering degree and at least seven years of experience to lead complex projects. You will ensure delivery per the agreement, controlling time, cost, and quality, and you will manage all correspondence, meetings with clients and consultants, and guide stakeholders through defined processes.
You will monitor schedules, maintain project management plans, oversee sub-contractors and third-party suppliers, submit forecast
Ensure completing the projects as per the agreement/ contract approved time, cost, and quality. Managing all correspondence and letters of the projects. Attending client and consultant meetings & and guiding them through processes. Following submittals and inspections to get approval within the approved program. Follow up on payment applications to ensure collection on time. Writing progress reports & and presenting them to management. Monitoring all work in accordance with schedules. Maintaining project management plans. Managing all sub‐contractors, and third-party suppliers within each project. Submitting forecast reports. Achieving forecast and targets set by the management.
