Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about school programs, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain records of inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with teachers and departments to address parent or student requests
  • Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
  • Ensure the front office and reception area are always neat and organized
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Receptionist, or similar role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and punctuality
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
