Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to ensure smooth cargo processing and timely paperwork. You will handle gate passes, data entry in freight software, inspections scheduling, DNATA/Calogi bookings, and courier arrangements, contributing

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Team with daily operational tasks.
• Coordinate with shipping lines to check shipment arrivals.
• Update customers on shipment arrivals and requirements, inform of changes.
• Prepare delivery order letters and manage related paperwork.
• Coordinate with messengers to collect documents from customers.
• Issue cargo gate passes and manage entry/exit typing.
• Data entry in freight software and booking in relevant systems.
• Schedule inspections in customs and follow up on time slots.
• Book DNATA/Calogi slots and manage invoice dispatch to customers.
• Arrange courier pickups and deliveries.

Educational Qualification
