Job summary

Big Water Shipping LLC in the UAE seeks a logistics coordinator with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. Freshers welcome; no prior experience required. Immediate joiners are preferred as the team handles quotations, invoices, docs and stakeholder coordination.

The role supports freight forwarding, shipping documentation, customs procedures and coordinated activity with customers, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth shipments.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Professional phone and email communication
• Basic knowledge of logistics freight forwarding, shipping and documentation
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance and shipping docs is advantageous
• Ability to coordinate with customers, shipping lines, transporters, clearing agents and overseas agents
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to prepare quotations, invoices and shipping documents
