Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim's Global Snow division seeks a Customer Service Officer for MAF Entertainment and Slope to deliver an outstanding guest experience across Leisure, Entertainment and Cinemas. You will engage guests, promote offers, handle bookings and inquiries, resolve complaints via proper escalation, and support upselling while ensuring safety and hygiene standards.

Role Summary

The role of the Customer Service Officer is to deliver an excellent customer experience to customers across the Leisure, Entertainment and Cinemas business.

ROLE PROFILE

• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, promoting offers, and resolving complaints through the correct escalation process.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and assist customers with bookings, sales, and inquiries.
• Support revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring correct change and compliance with cash handling procedures.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards to ensure all food and beverages are served safely.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper storage of equipment and supplies.
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, including PPE usage, SOP compliance, incident reporting, and child safeguarding procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members, adhere to company policies and standards, and support additional operational duties as required.

Requirements
