Job summary

SSC Egypt is seeking a Sales Coordinator in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). The role involves coordinating and processing customer orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining sales reports.

You will liaise with customers on orders, delivery schedules, and product availability while following up on pending orders. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in business-related fields and 2-4 years in sales coordination or customer service, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration or customer service.
• Experience in detergent, FMCG, chemical or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• SAP or ERP experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• UAE experience is preferred.
