Job summary

Fisher in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to interact with customers, prepare quotations, and process orders in SAP. You will liaise with head offices, coordinate deliveries, and support the Sales Manager and Business Development Manager to hit annual targets.

You will build product knowledge, manage MIS data, assist marketing with mailers and product descriptions, and ensure accurate dispatch instructions while maintaining strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder.
• 3–5 years of Sales Support or Customer Service experience.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• SAP knowledge and experience.
• Proactive and works independently; team oriented.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on enquiries and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations for the Hotel Service / Material Handling / Airport & Access Control Divisions.
• Order Processing – Entering orders in SAP, liaison with Wanzl Head office & Factory on delivery time and documentations.
• Coordinate with customers on deliveries wherever required.
• Monitor and follow-up of outstanding payments.
• To support Sales Manager & BDM to achieve the annual sales target for the division.
• A clear understanding of company’s internal systems - SAP.
• A clear understanding of company’s commercial terms & conditions.
• Product knowledge.
• Ensure clear dispatch instructions & follow-up to ensure timely dispatches.
• Build-up product and application knowledge for every product. preparing presentations, product positioning, FAB analysis.
• Build-up database with contact details of key contacts in each account. MIS and Data Management.
• To support Marketing activities, sending mailers, product descriptions and salient features to all listed accounts when required.
