Job summary

BD SELECT in Dubai seeks a Sales Administrative Support specialist to manage orders, coordinate key accounts, and ensure timely deliveries across the Middle East. You will work with SAP/CRM systems, support promotions, and maintain accurate data.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in sales coordination, strong Excel and ERP experience, and a customer-focused mindset. This office-based role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–3+ years in sales coordination/order management; FMCG/food experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel; ERP/CRM experience (SAP a strong plus); Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Order management: receive/validate POs, enter orders in ERP/CRM, track status.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics and freight forwarders; prepare paperwork.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts; support reviews and promotions.
• Monitor promotional budgets and reconcile month-end trade promotions/credits.
• Maintain customer master, sales trackers, and CRM; produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain; escalate issues as needed.
