Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer Buffer to manage deposit and finance account processes, support service delivery, and promote ADIB products. The role emphasizes compliance with KYC and Central Bank guidelines while maintaining ADIB’s warm customer experience.

The candidate should have strong banking knowledge, sales capabilities, and ability to coordinate staff and training, contributing to branch targets and process improvements within the Abu Dhabi Central

Qualifications

Experience in handling deposit and finance accounts with KYC compliance and form completion.
Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and Central Bank guidelines.
Proven ability to sell and cross-sell banking products to customers.
Experience coordinating staff, training, and performance appraisal.

Responsibilities

Manage deposit account documentation and inquiries, including opening/closing and forms completion.
Oversee finance account documentation and card related inquiries, file maintenance, and approvals.
Promote ADIB products and provide excellent service to reinforce brand image.
Coordinate staff activities, training plans, and performance reviews.
Support management with process improvements and compliance.
