Formación

• Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant customer service across banking products.
• Handle account opening, onboarding, and after-sales service requests.

• Identify customer needs and recommend financial solutions.
• Generate leads through walk-in clients, referrals, and outreach.
• Achieve service KPIs including NPS and SLA targets.
• Educate customers on digital banking channels and self-service tools.
