Qualifications

• Experience in handling deposit and finance accounts with KYC compliance and form completion.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and Central Bank guidelines.
• Proven ability to sell and cross-sell banking products to customers.
• Experience coordinating staff, training, and performance appraisal.

Responsibilities

• Manage deposit account documentation and inquiries, including opening/closing and forms completion.
• Oversee finance account documentation and card related inquiries, file maintenance, and approvals.
• Promote ADIB products and provide excellent service to reinforce brand image.
• Coordinate staff activities, training plans, and performance reviews.
• Support management with process improvements and compliance.

Role : Customer Relationship Officer Buffer
Location : AUH Central Region

Role Purpose: Managing products and service function to ensure the delivery of quality service to customers, while projecting the warm image of ADIB, maintenance of operational controls and continuous improvement in financial services and operational service efficiency.

Key Accountabilities of the role

• Deposit account documentation. Handle inquiries related to deposit accounts. Openingand closing of deposit accounts, ensure propercompletion of forms, observe KYC policies and CBinstructions.
• Finance account documentation. Handle inquiries related to finance and covered cards,proper maintenance of customer files, prepare financeapplications and obtain necessary approvals, input ofdata in the system, ensure proper completion of forms.
• Sales-Management of service delivery. Sell and cross sell ADIB’s products and promote ADIB’s image.
• Staff Management and coordination. Management of subordinates, planning their training and appraisal.
• Perform other task specified by Management.

Results Required

• Achieving Monthly Budget - Provide support to CRM toprepare comments for budget variance on theachievement of branch sales of financial producttargets.
• Continuous Improvement – Assist CRM to Recommendworkflow changes leading to process improvements to the branch manager at least once a year
• Internal Audit & ICD Comments - Provide support toCRM in preparing detailed responses to internal auditand ICD comments relating to financial products andfinancial customer services.
• Compliance of policies & procedures – Comply andperform Key operational controls as required in ADIB’spolices & procedures in day-to-day operations.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
